2. Estimates & Pricing
Pricing may vary depending on:

- Condition of the home or business
- Level of cleaning required
- Additional requested services
- Pets, clutter, or excessive buildup
Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from the original description.
3. Scheduling & Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
If we cannot access the property upon arrival, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
4. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Charleston Cleaning Pros reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, staffing limitations, or unsafe conditions.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Safety & Conditions
For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving:

- Unsafe environments
- Aggressive pets
- Illegal activity
- Biohazards or excessive unsanitary conditions
Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty properties or specialty cleaning situations.
8. Damages & Liability
Charleston Cleaning Pros is insured; however:
- Pre-existing damage must be reported before service
- Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, unstable items, improperly installed fixtures, or fragile items not disclosed in advance
Customers should secure valuables and irreplaceable items before service.
