2. Estimates & Pricing

Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from the original description.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If we cannot access the property upon arrival, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

4. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Damages & Liability

Pre-existing damage must be reported before service
Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, unstable items, improperly installed fixtures, or fragile items not disclosed in advance

Customers should secure valuables and irreplaceable items before service.
